Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please note that personalised items may take longer to process due to customisation.

NOTE: The estimated shipping delivery time is 5 to 7 days.

Split Shipments:
If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, the non-personalised items will be shipped first.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹449 within India.
• International orders and returns are not eligible for free shipping.

Tracking:
You will receive tracking updates via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS once your order is shipped.

Special Note:
If your order contains gold jewellery or customised items along with other products, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
