How can I track the status of my order?

We usually process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive notifications via SMS, email, and WhatsApp with details of the delivery partner and your tracking ID. We are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience and are here to assist with any inquiries you may have regarding your order’s status.

I didn't like the product. How can I return my order?

How to Place a Return Request

To place a return, please follow these steps:

Visit our website and log in using the email ID you used to place the order.

If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password" to reset it.

If you don’t have an account, click on "Create Account" and sign up using the same email ID and phone number used in your order.

After logging in:

Go to the “Orders” section and select the order you want to return.

Click on “Return”.

Select the items you want to return and choose the reason for return.

Click on “Submit Return”.

Once your return is booked, you will receive an email confirmation from Shiprocket.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us and we will book the return for you manually.

It usually takes up to 3 working days for the pickup to happen.

How much time does it take to deliver the order?

It may take up to 48 hours for us to process your order after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, most deliveries are completed within 4 to 6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive SMS, email, and WhatsApp notifications once the order is shipped.
