• Delivery timelines vary by location (usually 5–7 working days).
• You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You receive a defective or wrong item.
• You raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
• Item must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.

Note: We do not offer return/exchange for customized/personalized items unless they arrive damaged.

• We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size issues or accidental wrong selections.
• The product must be in original condition.
